Healthcare Realty is about to begin the next phase of our $5 million redevelopment project at Huntersville Office Park V.

Having completed the Floor 3 improvements, work will begin Monday, July 1, on the corridors and other common areas of Floor 2. The work on Floor 2 will continue for approximately five weeks, as we install all-new flooring, walls, ceilings, and lighting, giving your workplace a fresh, modern look. The Floor 2 improvements will be completed in zones, with each successive zone finished before the next one begins.

To minimize disruption to tenants and patients during this time, we have scheduled most of the work to take place outside of our tenants’ regular business hours. During the day, protective taping and signage will be in place advising patients and visitors to use caution around construction areas.

Our contractors will clean the construction area thoroughly when they conclude their work each night. Healthcare Realty team members will conduct daily inspections to ensure impacts to tenants and visitors are as limited as possible.

We expect to finish the improvements to the Floor 2 corridors by approximately mid-August. At that point, we will begin the lobby and restroom renovations. We will provide additional updates to tenants once that phase of the work has been definitively scheduled, including expected dates of restroom closures.

Healthcare Realty is committed to investing in our buildings to create long-term value for our tenants and an improved visitor experience for patients. We appreciate your understanding during the construction process and look forward to the difference the planned updates will bring to the building!
